This experience will be pleasant and sanitary with no mess or odor. Our clients are covered in a gown with their head resting on a pillow. Our experienced therapist will guide you throughout the treatment and answer any concerns that you may have. Relax with soft music and the fragrance of peppermint and lavender essential oils (if you so choose) to help calm the jitters.
Caring for your colon
The colon has been referred to as the sewer system of the body. It is the place where we store the waste material that most of us would rather not think about and most of us don’t until our health becomes poor or we feel constipated, bloated, or have diarrhea.

How many sessions are needed
Of course, how many one needs depends on the individual and severity of the problem. Before & After your colon hydrotherapy appointment
Before you have a colon-hydrotherapy treatment it is best not to eat 2 to 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to eat for personal reasons, a snack is fine.
After the treatment, people usually feel that their stomach has gone down quite a bit and feel lighter and energized. Most people leave the treatment sight and go to work or carry out their daily activities.
